Ohana Hale Bellevue Adult Family Home

Luxury Adult Family Home Care in Bellevue, WA

Care That Feels Like Home—Because It Is.

When You’re Tired of Worrying—We’re Here. If you’re up at night worrying about your mom’s safety, caring for your spouse is wearing you down, or you’re paying too much for substandard care—Ohana Hale can help. We’re not a nursing home or a big assisted living facility. We’re a real home—warm, quiet, and beautiful—where your loved one gets hands-on care, day and night, from people who treat them like family. Here, they’re never alone. Meals are shared. Needs are met. Health is monitored. Laughter is heard. We provide a full spectrum of expert geriatric care through every stage, including memory care, palliative care, and end-of-life hospice care—so they never have to move again. You can breathe again. We’ve got this.

A Warm Alternative to Institutional Care

Ohana Hale was founded by Joseph Spada, LPN, a Swiss-trained geriatric nurse whose Italian upbringing and 35 years of senior care leadership have shaped a standard of excellence in every corner of the home.

He’s joined by Lynn Lwin, OT and co-founder, whose Hawaiian heritage brings a deep sense of welcome, warmth, and grace to daily life at Ohana Hale. Together, they’ve created something rare: a place where deep clinical knowledge meets heartfelt hospitality.

Ohana means “family.” Hale means “home.”
This is exactly that—your family home.

Communications and Connection

We understand how challenging it can be to stay informed about a loved one's health when you can't be there in person. That's why we prioritize keeping you updated with regular check-ins and important developments, ensuring you always feel connected to the people who matter most.

Integrity

Our residents always come first. Integrity, honesty, fairness, and genuine care guide everything we do. These values aren’t just words—they are the foundation of how we operate and care for our community every single day.
